Common questions
- How do I save a place? On a TikTok or Instagram post, tap Share and pick Maply — it reads the caption, finds the place, and you confirm the pin. You can also search or drop a pin manually in the app.
- A post didn't find the right place. Some captions don't name the spot clearly. Use the search box on the review screen to pick the correct place before saving.
- How do I share a list? Open a list and tap Share to get a link that opens a map anyone can view, with or without the app.
- What is Maply Creator? An optional subscription that adds branded
map.ly/@you/…links, unlimited published lists, themes, and view counts. Manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. - How do I delete my account? Email hello@map.ly and we'll remove your account and published content.
